20 Reasons to Vote NO!

1. The OE union(union) is at our company to try to force our employees to pay dues to the union of approximately $136 per month just for you to keep your job plus an initiation fee of approximately $600 according to the Center of Union facts in Washington D. C.

6. Since the Union has had approximately no growth in 16 years this is the reason they are at our company to get you to pay for their two hundred thousand union agents salaries and union expenses.  


7. The reason why employees do not want to pay union dues is they do not want the union to make decisions about their workplace. The employees wants to be able to make their own decisions about their wages and benefits of their Employer.


 8. Approximately 6 union officers went to jail for theft of union funds or employee dues according to the Company union facts, in wash. dc. Scott Wilson of Local 3 stole 4 million dollars.

There has been at least 3 decertification’s at Titan Machinery in Iowa in 2021, Boyd Company in West Virginia in 2023 and the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas (union voting the union out of their company) since the employees did not want to pay union dues according to the company, union facts in wash dc.


10. According to the company union facts in Washington, DC, there has been many unfair labor practice charges filed against the union at the national labor relations board for failing to represent employees, bargaining in bad faith, illegal picketing and many other reasons.

12. The OE union does not pay strike benefits. This might happen if the union tried to force our employees on strike if the company did not agree to union’s agreement at the end of negotiations.


13. Local 3 spent approximately 2.6 million of your dues to pay for political activities to the (democratic party) or for lobbying.


14. The union spent approximately $294,666 on gifts to different entities. 


15. The employees who were working with at the Frontier Casino was on strike for 6 years and 4 months from September 21, 1991, to February 1,1998. Leigh Hason, Vulcan Materials, and Lafarge Holcim in 2022 was on strike for seven weeks that affected 150 members. The Company does not know if these employees got strike benefits.


16. Get the union to give you a guarantee in writing that they could force our company to increase your wages or benefits at the end of negotiations.


17. The union fined their employees approximately $1,086,248 for violating their union bylaws.



18. Get the union to sign a guarantee that at the end of negotiations that wages and benefits will go up.


19. Get the union to sign a guarantee that they will get an increases in wages to cover your dues.


20. Many times during a union election, the union might state you will get a contract if you just vote “Yes” for the union. Get the union to sign a guarantee that they can get you a written contract one day after the election. The union has a bargaining obligation with the Employer for a year to negotiate in good faith with the company.
