Ask the Union if they can GUARANTEE higher wages and benefits at the end of negotiations.

Many times, in an election, employees do not know what benefits are being provided to them by the Company without any cost.

However, if the employees vote for the union at our company, the Company will bargain in good faith with the union. Negotiations could last weeks, months or years. No one knows how long negotiations will last.

During this time, the Company must maintain status quo with your wages and benefits. At the end of negotiations wages and benefits could be higher, lower or the same.
